RETURN & REFUND POLICY

footfits.pk is operated by Projekts Vision (Private) Limited, a company registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP Registration No. 0318679, FBR NTN: I196608), with its registered office in Sindh, Pakistan. All transactions, invoices, and legal matters are handled under Projekts Vision (Private) Limited.
By placing an order on footfits.pk, you agree to the return and refund terms outlined on this page.
Return Window
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The delivery date is based on the courier tracking confirmation. Returns requested after 3 days will not be accepted.
⚠️ Unboxing Video Requirement
You must record a complete unboxing video when you receive your parcel. Start recording before opening the package and continue until you have fully inspected the shoe. This video is mandatory for all return and complaint requests. Without a clear, uncut unboxing video, we will not be able to process your return. This protects both you and us — it serves as proof of what was inside the package at the time of delivery.
What Qualifies for a Return
For a return to be accepted, all of the following must be true:
- The return is requested within 3 days of delivery.
- You have a complete, uncut unboxing video showing the parcel being opened for the first time.
- The shoe has not been worn outdoors — the sole must be clean with no dirt, scuffs, or wear marks.
- The shoe is in the exact same condition as when you received it.
- The original packaging is included.
- You provide your order number and reason for return.
Note: We photograph every shoe from multiple angles before dispatch and will compare the returned shoe against our records. If the shoe shows any signs of wear that were not present at the time of shipping, the return will be rejected.
Return Scenarios
Wrong Items
If we sent you the wrong size or the wrong product, we will cover shipping both ways and offer a full refund or exchange. This is our mistake and we take full responsibility.
Condition Issues
If the shoe condition is significantly worse than what was described on the listing, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund. We take our condition grading seriously, and if we got it wrong, we own it.
Fitting Issues
If the shoe does not fit you, you can return it but you pay for return shipping. You will receive a refund for the product price minus the return shipping cost.
Change of Mind
If you simply changed your mind and no longer want the shoe, you can return it but you pay return shipping and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers our processing, cleaning, relisting, and packaging costs.
Final Sale
Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This will be clearly stated on the product page before you buy.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Shoes that have been worn outdoors.
- Returns without a complete unboxing video.
- Returns requested after the 3-day window.
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Shoes with customer-caused damage such as stains, tears, scratches, or modifications.
- Accessories, insoles, or add-on items.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, the reason for return, and your unboxing video.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return shipping instructions.
- Ship the shoe back to us using the method we specify.
- Once we receive and inspect the shoe, we will process your refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned shoe.
- If you paid online, the refund goes back to your original payment method.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery, the refund will be sent to your JazzCash or Easypaisa account.
*We do not issue cash refunds. You must provide a valid JazzCash or Easypaisa number when initiating your return.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your shoe arrives damaged due to shipping or has a defect that was not disclosed in the listing, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free return pickup and issue a full refund or send a replacement. This does not count toward the standard return policy — shipping damage is handled separately and at our expense.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item under this policy and place a new order. We may introduce an exchange system in the future.
